- A personal-shopping / purchasing-agent service: KAIVA searches for and, on your approval, purchases goods from Japan on your behalf and ships them to you internationally.
- Charges / 販売価格・手数料
- Paid in two steps: (1) the item price + our service fee (10% on the first ¥20,000, then 5%; minimum ¥750), then (2) international shipping at actual cost + a ¥500 handling fee per parcel, quoted after we buy and weigh your item. Each amount is shown before you pay. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are set by its customs, not by KAIVA.

- Credit / debit card via Stripe (secure hosted checkout).

- After you approve a quote, at checkout. No charge is made before you approve and pay.
- Delivery / 引渡時期
- After payment we purchase the item in Japan and ship it, typically within a few business days to a few weeks depending on availability and sourcing. Tracking is provided when the item ships.
- Returns & refunds / 返品・キャンセル
- All sales are final; we cannot accept returns (no change-of-mind returns), because each item is purchased to order on your behalf. A refund is issued only if we cannot source the item, if you cancel before we purchase it, or if we ship the wrong item. Parcels lost/damaged in transit are handled with the carrier.
